In life, as in riding a bike it is sometimes difficult to decide when to switch gears. You move along until it feels right, then can switch gears slightly, bringing on more challenge and stretching of muscles. However, there are times when the gears switch a bit too violently and you almost fall off the bike. Thankfully, this time, I didn’t fall. The good thing is that I have learned to be a smart rider and have learned to take my paths in company of great family and friends. So, when I started to fall, I was caught and promptly put upright. With that being said, the bitter sweet leg of this path is my move back to Michigan and leaving behind all the friends I have made and my family in Florida. There WILL be visits, texts, emails, and of course…Facebook. I will truly miss everyone and look forward to exciting new landscapes, bumps, and most the definite bruising that shape us into who we are.
